We feel that every human has the right to the dignity of shelter, particularly the vulnerable in society. This is our response to a great need, and we invite you to join us either as a participant or a supporter to help us achieve this target goal.

  • We hope to have 50 runners and walkers tackle the beautiful 15K trail run operated by MEC Vancouver to raise awareness for this project and simultaneously garner sponsors on behalf of VCDS.

  • Runners/walkers have the option to participate either individually or as a team. Either way all participants must fully register with both MEC and VCDS. Remember to select the 15K run option when registering. Kindly follow the instructions located on the right-side panel of our blog to ensure your spot and begin your training.

  • For our supporters who will be with us cheering on in spirit or on the side lines, this is your opportunity to get behind this initiative. If you are unable to walk/run, would you consider making a personal donation, or sharing this project within your community, in order to help us spread the word for this worthy cause.
